Played football for the Salem High Blue Devils... two-year captain... as a senior running back, all-conference first team, Eagle Tribune All-Star and team offensive MVP... 204 rushes for 1,362 yards (6.6 yards per carry) and 16 TDs... as a junior, All-State Second Team with 137 rushes for 520 yards and seven TDs... captain of both indoor and outdoor track teams... selected to play in CHaD East-West Game as well as the Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl, where he was captain and rushed eight times for 111 yards and two TDs.
