Reed Cash Named America East Defensive Player of the Week

Cash earns first career AE weekly honor
BOSTON – University of New Hampshire men's soccer junior co-captain Reed Cash (Hampton Falls, N.H.) has been named America East Defensive Player of the Week.
This is the first time that Cash has earned an America East weekly accolade.
Cash posted an assist in a 6-2 win against New Haven and played the full 90 in a 1-0 shutout at UMass. The assist was his first of his collegiate career and the clean sheet was the second of the year for the 'Cats. The defender now has one goal and one assist for three points as he scored his first collegiate career versus Yale on Sept. 23, 2025.
The Wildcats (4-1-1), who are 4-0-1 over their last five games, will take on Harvard (1-2-1) at Wildcat Stadium on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
