Wildcats to face five 2025 NCAA Tournament Teams; open season at Colgate
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's soccer team has announced its 2026 schedule, a 16-match slate that features five opponents that competed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament and seven home matches at Wildcat Stadium.
The Wildcats will face 2025 NCAA Tournament participants Vermont, Portland, Bryant, Syracuse and St. John's during the regular season. Vermont entered the 2025 tournament as the No. 1 overall seed, while Portland earned the No. 8 seed and Bryant secured the No. 11 seed.
VIEW 2026 SCHEDULE
UNH opens the 2026 campaign with back-to-back road contests, beginning at Colgate on Aug. 20 before traveling to Syracuse on Aug. 23.
The Wildcats will make their home debut on Aug. 27 when they welcome St. John's to Wildcat Stadium. UNH then returns to the road for a matchup at Boston University on Sept. 4.
Following a home contest against New Haven on Sept. 8, the Wildcats travel to UMass on Sept. 12 before returning to Durham to host Harvard on Sept. 15.
One of the highlights of the non-conference schedule comes on Sept. 19 when UNH travels to Oregon to face Portland, which advanced to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight in 2025.
America East play begins Sept. 26 with a road contest at UAlbany. The Wildcats conclude their non-conference schedule three days later with a home match against Dartmouth on Sept. 29.
UNH opens October at home against Binghamton on Oct. 3 before embarking on consecutive road trips to NJIT on Oct. 10 and defending America East champion Vermont on Oct. 17.
UNH concludes the regular season with two consecutive home games versus UMBC (Oct. 24) and UMass Lowell (Oct. 30), followed by a road game at Bryant (Nov. 3) who advanced to the third round of the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
The 2026 America East Championship is scheduled to begin with first-round matches on Nov. 7. Semifinal contests will be played on Nov. 11, with the conference championship match set for Nov. 15.
