Men’s Soccer Announces Signing of Lukas Kuca

Junior midfielder is a transfer from Radford
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's soccer program has announced the signing of junior midfielder Lukas Kuca (Prague, Czech Republic).
"Lukas joins our program as an experienced transfer from Radford, bringing maturity, versatility and valuable Division I experience to the squad," said head coach Rich Weinrebe. "During his time there, he appeared in 17 matches with 16 starts, totaling more than 1,300 minutes while contributing two goals from midfield. Originally from Prague, Lukas brings technical quality, composure in possession and a high soccer IQ that allows him to influence games in multiple areas of the field. His size, work rate and understanding of the game make him a reliable presence defensively and in attack, while his Division I experience adds leadership and maturity to our group. We're happy he chose UNH and we're looking forward to the quality and competitiveness he will bring to the program."
Kuca was a two-year member of the men's soccer team at Radford. In 2025, he played in all 17 games with 16 starts scoring two goals.
Before college, Kuca played for FK Kraluv Dvur of CFL A during the 2023-24 season and played for AC Sparta Praha. He graduated from high school in 2024 from Novy PORG.
