Ibrahim Conde Named America East Offensive Player of the Week

Conde scored two goals as the ‘Cats earned their first win of the season.
BOSTON – Senior forward Ibrahim Conde (Montreal, Quebec) of the University of New Hampshire men's soccer team has been named the America East Offensive Player of the Week as the Wildcats defeated William & Mary, 3-2, on Aug. 31. This is the first time that Conde has earned this accolade.
Conde led the Wildcats with two goals versus the Tribe. He scored the first goal of the game in the 13th minute, while his penalty kick goal in the 61st minute was the game winner.
Conde's two goals and four points lead the team this season. He has three goals and one assist for seven career points over 14 games.
The 'Cats (1-1-1) will play four straight road games starting at Princeton on Friday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. on ESPN+. The next home game is Tuesday, Oct. 1 against Northeastern at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
