Men's and Women's Soccer Teams Earn College Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The University of New Hampshire women's and men's soccer teams both received a College Team Academic Award from United Soccer Coaches for exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2021-22 academic year.
UNH is one of 154 schools across all divisions that had both the men's and women's programs recognized. College Team Academic Award honorees are teams that record a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the academic year.
The women's team shattered the minimum requirement with a 3.545 team GPA last year, and the men's team followed closely with a 3.45 team GPA.
The 2022 season begins Aug. 18 for the women's soccer team at Syracuse University, and the ninth-ranked men's soccer team opens Aug. 25 at No. 20 University of Maryland.
