DURHAM, N.H. – Senior Brooke Kane (Derry, N.H.) led the Wildcats in points with 17 as the University of New Hampshire women's basketball team beat Wagner, 64-68 on Monday night at Lundholm Gymnasium.

Freshman Avery O'Connor (Dedham, Mass.) was right behind Kane with 16 points.

The Wildcats' record advances to 4-6 (0-0 AE) and Wagner falls to 4-4 (0-0 NEC).

UNH took an early lead as they went on a 7-0 run.
Freshman Karolina Andersson (Söderköping, Sweden) made two key three-point shots with less than five minutes left advancing the Wildcats' lead to 18-5.

SECOND QUARTER

UNH scored nine points advancing its lead 27-12.
The Wildcats had 10 rebounds while Wagner had two.

THIRD QUARTER

Wagner went on a 7-0 run at 4:51 to bring the sore to 36-27.
UNH boosted its lead to 46-29 with a steady combination of layups and three pointers.
O'Connor scored a third three pointer just as the buzzer went off to end the quarter.

FOURTH QUARTER

Wagner outscored UNH 29-18 in the final quarter, but the 'Cats held their lead.
