ALBANY, N.Y. -- The University of New Hampshire volleyball team had its six-match win streak snapped on Sunday afternoon at UAlbany in five sets from University Gym. The set scores were 15-25, 25-23, 25-23, 23-25 and 13-15.

UNH opened the fifth set with a 4-0 lead, but could not hold it against UAlbany.
"While we lost this match, I couldn't be prouder of our group and how they've gone about their business in the month of October," said UNH head coach Christopher Feliciano. "We will regroup and get back to work and fine tune a few things that lead to today's misstep."
Sophomore outside Hannah Serbousek (Fort Collins, Colo.) paced the Wildcats' offense with a team-high 15 kills, while sophomore middle blocker Kelly Kaufmann (Raleigh, N.C.) added 13 kills and five total blocks. Junior setter Wren Macaulay (Lake Orion, Mich.) tallied 45 assists running the UNH offense, while sophomore libero Mia Pagliarini (Springboro, Ohio) had 17 digs in another solid defensive performance.
Senior middle blocker Abby Sullivan (Methuen, Mass.) posted 10 kills with four blocks and senior outside hitter Kate Bilyeu (Omaha, Neb.) amassed nine kills, 14 digs and three service aces in the losing effort.
