VESTAL, N.Y. – Senior forward Olivia Healy (Reading, Mass.) scored a career-high 23 points and collected a season-high 11 rebounds and the University of New Hampshire women's basketball team rallied late for a 63-61 road win over Binghamton on Wednesday night.
UNH improved its record to 11-5 overall and 2-1 in America East. Binghamton fell to 10-5 and 1-1.
It was the second double-double of the season for the Healy. She made 10 of her 19 field goals and was two-for-three in three-pointers. Senior forward Kat Fogarty (Westminster, Mass.) added 14 points and eight rebounds.
Senior Brittni Lai (Irvington, N.Y.) had nine points and scored the winning basket on a layup in the closing seconds.

The Wildcats play UMass Lowell at home on Monday, Jan. 15 at 1 p.m.
UNH goes on the road for games at Vermont on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m. and at Stony Brook on Sunday, Jan. 21 at 2 p.m.

The Wildcats had a resounding edge on the boards and had 49 rebounds to Binghamton's 34.
UNH trailed 49-46 entering the fourth period and Binghamton took a 59-54 lead with 3:36 remaining in the period.
A Lai layup and foul shot with 3:24 to play cut the lead to 59-57. Senior center Carlie Pogue (Cincinnati, Ohio) came up with a rebound off a Binghamton miss and a Fogarty jumper off a Healy assist tied the score with 2:10 to go.
Fogarty had a defensive rebound and she and Healy grabbed offensive rebounds before Fogarty put the 'Cats in front 61-59 with a jumper with 50 seconds to play.
Kai Moon hit a layup to tie it again with 23 seconds left. Then Lai answered with her driving layup for the win.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Wildcats led most of the first half and the Bearcats led most of the second.
UNH was up 16-15 after the first period and Binghamton was up 28-27 at the half.
Healy had 13 points and five rebounds in the first half. Senior guard Aliza Simpson (Londonderry, N.H.) scored all five of her points and had six of her seven rebounds in the opening half.
