Double Doubles From Camara and Burns Takes Out Wheelock, 95-50

DURHAM, N.H. – Juniors Iba Camara (Dakar, Senegal) and Keon Burns (Beaverton, Ore.) notched double-double efforts to propel the University of New Hampshire men's basketball team over Wheelock College, 95-50, Monday afternoon in Lundholm Gym.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Wheelock came out firing in the opening minutes, playing tough and holding a 15-14 lead less than 10 minutes into the game. Then New Hampshire found their rhythm, going on a 20-0 run in a span of five minutes to regain control, 34-15. Ogwuche jumpstarted the scoring with nine points in the run, followed by Smith with four. Wheelock went on to score eight points in the final 6:38 of the first half and UNH stretched its lead to 25, 48-23, at the break.
The Wildcats coasted through the second half to hang on to the commanding lead. They outscored the other Wildcats 32-4 in the paint and had 17 second-chance-points in the final frame. The young bench received plenty of minutes, scoring 31 points.
