Annapolis, Md. – Senior captain Keelin Severtson (Delray Beach, Fla.) finished with 33 assists and 10 digs as the University of New Hampshire volleyball team fell to the United States Naval Academy 3-1 (25-17, 22-25, 25-19, 25-16) at the Kristen Dickmann Invitational Friday night.

-1^st set-
New Hampshire took a 3-1 lead early, before the Mids rattled off a 10-2 to take a 11-5 lead. UNH earned three straight points off of consecutive Mid errors. The Mids capped off the first set with two straight points on a Gabriela Martin kill and a UNH error.

-2^nd set-
The Wildcats were down 10-4 before tallying a kill by freshman Kennedi Smith (The Woodlands, Texas), a two straight service aces by junior captain Courtney Bowman (Chagrin Falls, Ohio) to come within three points in the set. The 'Cats finished the set with a 7-0 rally headlined by four kills by Tanski to even the match 1-1.

-3^rd set-
New Hampshire led by 17-14, the largest lead of the set before four straight points by Navy. The Wildcats earned an 18-17 lead off a Mid service error before Navy finished the set on a 9-1 run for a 2-1 set lead.

-4^th set-
Tanksi recorded four more kills in the third set but UNH was outmatched by the Mids 25-16.
