Chapman Records First Career Point With Assist
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Carlee Toews (Grand Prairie, Alberta) scored her third goal of the season but the University of New Hampshire women's ice hockey team was defeated 7-1 by sixth-ranked Boston College at Conte Forum on Saturday afternoon.
UNH is now 3-10-0 overall and 3-5-0 in Hockey East with nine losses to nationally-ranked teams. BC improved to 9-3-2, 8-2-0 following its completion of the three-game season series sweep of the Wildcats.

GAME RECAP
- Delaney Belinskas netted first-period goals 2:25 apart – at 8:17 and 10:42 – to give BC a 2-0 lead heading into the first intermission.
- Not do be outdone, Andie Anastos scored goals 87 seconds apart early in the second period – at 1:13 and 2:40 – to extend the advantage to 4-0.
- Kristyn Capizzano struck midway through the second stanza and again 56 seconds into the final frame to give the Eagles a 6-0 lead.
- Bellinskas completed her hat trick at 15:32.
- Carlee Toews (Grand Prairie, Alberta) scored with 1:41 remaining in the game for her third goal of the season.

- Freshman forward Abby Chapman (Beverly Hills, Mich.) recorded her first career point with an assist on Toews' tally.
- Freshman defenseman Tori Howran (Bancroft, Ontario) also tallied an assist; she has a helper two of the last three games.
WILDCAT NOTEBOOK
- UNH, which had allowed only five power-play goals the first 12 games of the year, allowed two PPGs on Saturday; the Eagles went 2-for-5 on the power play.
- The seven goals marked the highest total by a UNH opponent this season.
