The UNH Wildcat Productions team is responsible for producing video content for a variety of platforms. The in-house production process encompasses shooting, editing, graphics creation, and post-production. UNH Wildcat Productions also manages all media assets and video archives. The UNH Wildcat Productions team works within the Athletic Communications department on a daily basis and services all other departments and works to create dynamic videos for a range of needs throughout the athletic community.
This position is designed to expose the individual to several aspects of video production. Individuals will assist in the production of live streaming events, live television broadcasts, and video editing. Individuals will be asked to edit game highlight videos, operate cameras, and produce video features, previews, recaps, etc. for UNHWildcats.com. The use of computer programs including but not limited to WireCast, Final Cut X, Premiere Pro, QuickTime Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Shoot and edit videos for web and in arena features
- Shoot and edit pre and postgame interviews.
- Create motion and static player headshots
- Shoot and produce video of player/coach interviews.
- Shoot and produce videos of community events
- Help create graphics LED Ribbon Boards
- Control LED Ribbon Boards
- Learn control room technologies and procedures (instant replay, directing, technical directing, character generation)
- Help with set up and break down of all productions
- Work as a team with other members
- Must be able to take direction and work well with others
- Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
- Experience with video or willing to learn
- General knowledge of sports.
- Good computer skills (Mac), communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to work nights/weekends and potentially over holiday breaks.Â
- Previous experience in video production i.e. lighting, sound, and extensive editing
- Previous camera operating experience during sporting events
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop/After Effects, NewTek TriCaster and 3Play, Final Cut, Premier Pro
- May be exposed to heat and other weather conditions
- Occasional light to moderate lifting required
