Thomas Weir is currently in his first season as an Associate Business Development Manager in 2026-27. Weir was brought on as an Associate Business Development Manager in 2026. He joined UNH and Wildcat Sports Properties to assist in business development and brand growth initiatives.

Weir graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing Management. Previously, he worked with Bespoke Sports & Entertainment and Virginia Tech Athletics, planning and operating brand campaigns in collegiate sports.
