Mickey DiLima ’12 joined UNH Development in December 2021 and was named Associate Director of Athletics Development in November 2022. In his role, Mickey supports UNH and Athletics by aligning the passions of generous alums, parents, and friends of the university with fundraising priorities that help make their philanthropic visions a reality.

As a former UNH student-athlete (Football) and recipient of a donor-funded scholarship, Mickey has a deep appreciation for and understanding of the UNH Athletics experience and the power that philanthropy can have on expanding opportunities for student-athletes.

Originally from Maryland, Mickey first came to the Granite State his freshman year and never looked back. He graduated with a Sociology degree from UNH in 2012 and later earned his Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Mickey enjoys international travel, hiking, cooking for family and friends, nature/space documentaries, and watching live sporting events, all with his wife, Annie ’12, and their daughter, Ellie (‘42).
