A proud alumna and former standout student-athlete at the University of New Hampshire, Demi (Muses) Kneeland ’17 serves as General Manager of Corporate Partnerships & Premium Sales for UNH Athletics. In her role, Kneeland oversees the Wildcats’ corporate partnership strategy, premium sales and NIL activations, leading efforts to generate revenue, enhance the fan experience and create meaningful connections between UNH Athletics, its student-athletes and the business community.
Since returning to UNH, Kneeland has helped lead significant growth and innovation across the Wildcats’ corporate partnership portfolio. Her work has included securing and developing major long-term partnerships and naming-rights opportunities, including the 10-year naming-rights partnership for the Northeast Delta Dental Lobby at the Whittemore Center at Key Auto Group Complex.
Kneeland also oversees corporate NIL activations involving UNH student-athletes and has helped position corporate partnerships as an important source of NIL support. Under her leadership, her team has generated more than $100,000 in funding dedicated to supporting student-athlete NIL opportunities, while creating integrated campaigns that connect Wildcat student-athletes with corporate partners.
Her leadership has also helped transform the fan experience at Wildcat Stadium and across UNH Athletics venues. Kneeland was instrumental in introducing alcohol sales at Wildcat Stadium through a partnership with NH Distributors and spearheaded the creation of the Bud Light Beer Deck, which has become a signature game-day destination. Her team’s beverage partnerships have earned national recognition, including the collaborative Bud Light branded beer initiative and the development and expansion of GO CATS IPA, showcasing innovative approaches to collegiate athletics sponsorship and fan engagement.
Kneeland began her career with Wildcat Sports Properties in 2018 as Manager of Business Development, quickly establishing herself as a relationship-driven leader with an ability to build creative, mutually beneficial partnerships. Her success in business development led to expanded leadership responsibilities and ultimately her role overseeing the Wildcats’ corporate partnerships operation.
Before beginning her professional career, Kneeland built an accomplished legacy as a member of the UNH volleyball program. She helped the Wildcats capture four consecutive America East championships, a feat accomplished by only one other player in program history. Kneeland was named America East Player of the Year in 2015 and 2016 and earned numerous additional honors, including AVCA All-East Region and ECAC All-Star recognition, establishing herself as one of the most decorated student-athletes in program history.
Beyond UNH Athletics, Kneeland developed experience in sponsorship, fundraising and account management with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire and later at a leading professional services firm, where she managed Fortune 100 accounts.
From competing for championships as a Wildcat student-athlete to developing partnerships that directly support today's Wildcats, Kneeland's career reflects a deep commitment to her Alma mater and to strengthening the future of UNH Athletics.
A California native, Kneeland resides on the New Hampshire Seacoast with her husband, Cal, and their two sons, Cade and Quinn.
