Jordan D'Onofrio joined the staff as Assistant Coach (TE) in March 2018. Previously, he worked as an offensive intern at UNH in 2016-17.

D'Onofrio served as graduate assistant coach/fullbacks, assisting head coach Mike Cerasuolo at Springfield College during the 2017-18 academic year, while he studied for his Master's Degree in Athletic Administration.

A four-year member of the Springfield College football team, D'Onofrio graduated in the Spring of 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, before spending the next fall as the defensive line coach at Manchester Memorial High School in Manchester, N.H.
