60 'Cats Earn CAA Football Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll Recognition

RICHMOND, Va. – A total of 60 University of New Hampshire football players earned recognition Friday to the CAA Football Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the 2026 spring semester.

The conference honors student-athletes for three different levels of academic achievement: High Honors with Distinction is a 4.0 GPA; High Honors is between a 3.70-3.99 GPA; and Honors ranges from a 3.0-3.69 GPA.

There were 58 who earned High Honors with Distinction, 169 achieved High Honors and 500 received Honors for a total of 727 CAA Football student-athletes honored.

UNH's 60 honorees ranked third in the conference to Bryant University (67) and Villanova University (65).

The Wildcats had a breakdown of four players earning High Honors with Distinction, 26 achieving High Honors and 30 receiving Honors. UNH led all 14 CAA schools in High Honors, and the total of 30 with a 3.70 or higher GPA ranked second.

The four 'Cats who recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA in the spring 2026 semester were Cohen Cook (Somers Point, N.J.), Drew Danson (Wrentham, Mass.), Scott Hershberger (Litchfield, N.H.) and Jackson Stone (Lebanon, N.H.).
