Service Credit Union Student-Athletes of the Week: Audrey Mahoney and Ibrahim Conde

DURHAM, N.H. – Junior freestyle and sprints swimmer Audrey Mahoney (Downers Grove, Ill.) of the University of New Hampshire women's swim and dive team and senior forward Ibrahim Conde (Montreal, Quebec.) of the UNH men's soccer team were named the Service Credit Union Student-Athletes of the Week on Oct.21.
Audrey assisted the Wildcats in a 183-117 season-opening win against Vermont by placing first in the 50 free (23.70 seconds) and the 100 free (51.46). She is ranked as the America East Conference leader in the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle.
The swimming and diving team returns Friday, Oct. 25-26 at Central Connecticut. Friday starts at 5 p.m. and Saturday starts at 10 a.m.
Ibrahim scored two goals this week. He scored the only goal of the game in the 1-0 win against Yale on Oct. 15, while he netted the first goal of the match on a penalty kick in the 2-1 win over UMBC on Oct. 19. He is tied for the team lead with five goals and is second with 11 points.
Men's soccer returns Saturday, Oct. 26 (6 p.m.) at Bob Ford Field vs. UAlbany.
