SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Wildcats played a tough road match against the Bryant Bulldogs on Sunday, Oct. 15. The Bulldogs started off strong, taking the first two sets. However, the 'Cats rallied back in the third to prevent the sweep. Senior outside hitter Hannah Serbousek (Fort Collins, Colo.) recorded two service aces, which helped UNH take the third set. The fourth and final set was incredibly close, with the Wildcats being ahead for the majority. The Bulldogs eventually surged back, going on a 7-1 run to secure the win.

The scores throughout the match were 25-13, 25-22, 25-18 and 26-24.
The Wildcat's record is now 11-8 (1-3 AE).

Graduate student middle blocker Alysa Wright (Franklin, Tenn.) led the team in kills with 10.
Serbousek and Junior right side hitter Marisa Armer (Bradenton, Fla.) each recorded eight kills on the night.
Senior middle blocker Kelly Kaufmann (Raleigh, N.C.) led all players with seven blocks.
Senior setter Camryn Honn (Overland Park, Kan.) led the team in assists with 18. Freshman setter Jessica Shattles (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.) recorded 15 assists on the night.
Sophomore libero/defensive specialist Avery LePore (Franklin, Tenn.) led the team in digs with 16.
