Wildcats tie for most in Hockey East.
GLOUCESTER, Mass. – Ten members of the University of New Hampshire women's hockey team have been named Krampade All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA). UNH's 10 selections tied for the most in Hockey East.
To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for the fall semester and participated in 40% of their school's games. A small number of waivers to the 40% participation requirement was granted due to injury or for back-up goaltenders.
Sophomore Nikki Harnett (Plymouth, Minn.), senior Grace Middleton (Midland, Mich.) and 2020 graduate Carlee Turner (Scottsdale, Ariz.) each posted a perfect 4.0 in the fall semester.
2020 graduate Abby Chapman (Beverly Hills, Mich.) and Turner have been named an All-American Scholar all four years.
Middleton received this honor for the third time, while juniors Ava Boutilier (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) and Lindsey Dumond (Hampton, N.H.) were recognized for the second time.
Harnett, junior Emily Rickwood (Brantford, Ontario), and 2020 graduates Meghara McManus (Milton, Mass.), Lexie Revkin (Gaithersburg, Md.) and Hannah Touzos (Foxboro, Mass.) were named All-American Scholars for the first time.
