Men's Hoops Secures Fourth Seed for AE Playoffs, Set to Host No. 5 Binghamton (March 2; 7:30 p.m.)

DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's basketball team has secured the fourth seed for the 2016 America East Playoffs, set to start Wednesday, March 2 (7:30 p.m.) for the quarterfinal round against Binghamton University at Lundholm Gym. Tickets are on sale now.
Limited tickets are available for purchase at the Whittemore Center Box Office during regular business hours, or on the phone by calling 603-862-4000. Additionally, click HERE to order tickets online.

Monday-Friday: 10AM – 5PM
The first 500 students to head over to the Whitt Box Office will receive a free ticket with a valid UNH ID. Adult tickets are available for $15 each while students, after the 500 allotment has been handed out, youth and seniors can pick up tickets for $5 each. Group tickets are available for $10 apiece by contacting the Whitt Box Office at 603-862-4000.
The first 600 fans in attendance will receive a free UNH playoff basketball t-shirt.
A season ago, UNH hosted the University of Hartford on March 4 for the America East Playoff Quarterfinals in front of a packed gym of 1,848 fans.

Most recently, the Wildcats toppled the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, 78-69, to close out the regular season with a 10-3 home record. New Hampshire has also claimed the most wins in a two-year span in school history with 37 going back to last season. The Wildcats swept Binghamton in the regular-season series this year.
