Kaitlyn Tomasello joined the UNH Athletics team in November 2018 as the Box Office Manager. In this role, Kaitlyn handles the day-to-day operations of the Box Office and is a key contact for the season ticket member groups for all Wildcat ticketed sports. She brings over 13 years of professional sport and event experience to the UNH Athletics team. Â
Most recently, Kaitlyn was an Event and Project Coordinator for the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) from 2014-18, planning fundraising events including the CHaD Battle of the Badges hockey championship, CHaD NH East-West High School All-Star Football Game, and the CHaD Storybook Ball gala. Â
Prior to working in the non-profit sector, Kaitlyn worked in the hockey industry from 2011-14. She served as an Accounting Manager for three years at Legacy Global Sports, a world-class athletic development and marquee event company. There, she prepared financial records for a number of divisions including the tournament, housing & travel, teams, and apparel divisions. Kaitlyn also spent a season in Portland, Maine, as the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales for the Portland Pirates, the AHL affiliate of the NHL's then-Phoenix Coyotes.
Kaitlyn was also a staff member of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Double-A baseball affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, from 2006-10, where she served as the Box Office Manager and Merchandise Manager before being promoted to the Director of Ticket and Merchandise Operations. In that post she worked closely with the managers of both departments to ensure a positive overall guest experience. Kaitlyn was a proud member of the 2009 Fisher Cats Front Office that was awarded the prestigious Double-A Bob Freitas Award by Baseball America, recognizing the club for achieving long-term success in Minor League Baseball.
Prior to joining the Fisher Cats staff, Kaitlyn worked her way through the box office of the Norwich Navigators/Connecticut Defenders, AA Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. She spent one season as gameday staff, another as the box office assistant, and two seasons as the Box Office Manager. Â
The Norwich, Conn., native graduated from Western New England College (Springfield, Mass.) in May 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and an Associate’s Degree in Communications. Kaitlyn now resides in Manchester, N.H.
