Sean Coyne is in his second season on staff at the University of New Hampshire in 2025 and first as the program’s full-time Wide Receivers Coach. He previously served as an assistant wide receivers coach and quality control coach for the Wildcats, helping develop one of the top passing attacks in the CAA.
Before returning to Durham, Coyne spent time as the Wide Receivers Coach at McKendree University (Division II) in Illinois.
A native of Portsmouth, R.I., Coyne was a three-year starter and appeared in 36 games during his playing career at UNH. He totaled 88 receptions for 892 yards and 11 touchdowns, while also adding 22 carries for 108 yards and 2 rushing scores. Following his collegiate career, Coyne participated in rookie minicamp with the Kansas City Chiefs and later signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.
