2015
Forest appeared in 30 matches and played 104 sets during the 2015 season. She led the team in kills with 316 (3.04 kills per set). Forest was also second on the team in points scored with 355 (3.41 points per set) and third on the team in aces with 29 (0.28 aces per set). On the defensive side, Forest was third on the team in digs with 294 at 2.83 digs per set. She also recorded 19 blocks during the season. Forest recorded her 1,000th career kill in a four set victory over Marshall (9/4). She became the 8th player in program history to reach 1,000 kills. Later in the season, Forest recorded her 1,000th career dig in a three set loss to the University of Albany (11/1). She became the 10th player in program history to reach 1,000 digs.Â
2014
An America East All-First Team and the league's Scholar-Athlete of the Year for volleyball, Forrest appeared in 28 matches and 104 sets during the 2014 season. She led the team in kills per set (2.96 kps), points per set (3.4 pps) and double-double performances (10). The co-captain also ranked second in aces (27) and digs per set (2.69 dps).
2013
An America East All-First Team and All-Academic Team mention, Forrest appeared in 33 matches and 120 sets during the 2013 season. Leading the team in double-doubles (10), the outside hitter ranked tied for first on the squad with 349 kills. She also placed second in digs with 301. A three-time recipient of the America East Player of the Week award (Sept. 30, Oct. 14 & Nov. 4), Forrest was named to the Holly Young Invitational All-Tournament team (Sept. 7). Furthermore, she was named a recipient of the Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of at least a 3.5.
2012
Forrest appeared in 29 matches and 112 sets in her freshman campaign. Ranked second on the team in kills with 297, kills per set 2.65, points 332.5 and points per set 3.0. Forrest set a career high with 16 kills against Albany (Oct. 12). Named George Washington Invitational All-Tournament Team and America East Rookie of the Week (Oct. 15 and Oct. 22). Selected to the America East All-Rookie team as well as being named a recipient of the Commissioner’s Honor Roll for achieving a grade point average of at least 3.5.

BEFORE UNH: Forrest played at North Cobb High School where she was a two-time 5-A All-Area Player of the Year, setting six school records and two state records. An All-America candidate, Forrest helped her team reach the state Final Four for just the second time in program history. She was also selected to the All-Region Team and was named to the All-State team.
