DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's hockey program has announced its schedule for the 2026-27 season which features 19 games at the Whittemore Center at Key Auto Group Complex, including the return of White Out the Whitt versus arch-rival Maine and a showdown with national power Michigan State in only the third ever trip by the Spartans to Durham.

VIEW 2026-27 SCHEDULE
SCHEDULE HIGHLIGHTS:
- The Wildcats start the 2026-27 season at Quinnipiac on Friday, Oct. 2.
- The 'Cats begin the home season versus Michigan State on Oct. 23-24. The 'Cats split a two-game series last year on the road including a 4-3 win over No. 2 MSU in the season opener. This will be only the third time the Spartans have made the trip to Durham (1982 & 2014).
- Matchups with RPI (Nov. 13), Union (Nov. 14), Brown (Nov. 28) and RIT (Jan. 2) round out the home non-conference schedule.
- White Out the Whitt is back as the Wildcats take on Maine on Dec. 4-5 in the Border Battle presented by Buffalo Wild Wings.
- The Wildcats hit the road for non-conference games at Colgate (Oct. 16-17) and Granite State rival Dartmouth (Dec. 13).
- UNH takes on Hockey East opponents UConn, UMass, Merrimack and Providence three times, while the Wildcats play Boston College, Boston University, UMass Lowell, Maine, Northeastern and Vermont twice.
- The 'Cats will take on six opponents that competed in the 2026 NCAA Tournament (UConn, Dartmouth, Merrimack, Michigan State, Providence and Quinnipiac).
