The 2026 season is headlined by nine home games and four tournaments
DURHAM, N.H. — The University of New Hampshire women's volleyball program has announced its schedule for the 2026 season, featuring nine games at Lundholm Gymnasium.

Schedule Highlights:
- The Wildcats open the 2026 season with the Holly Young Invitational, hosting the University of New Haven, St. Peter's University, and Providence College (Aug. 28-29).
- New Hampshire's matchup with New Haven marks the second meeting between the two programs in as many years, while the Wildcats face St. Peter's for the eighth time in program history and take on Providence for the 26th time.
- New Hampshire hosts Stonehill on Sept. 2 for the first-ever meeting between the two programs, before facing the Skyhawks again two days later (Sept. 4) at the Boston College Tournament.
- Matchups with Bucknell (Sept. 4) and Boston College (Sept. 5) round out competition at the BC Tournament.
- UNH's matchup with Bucknell marks the second in program history and the first since Aug. 26, 2006, when the Wildcats took a 3-1 decision.
- New Hampshire faces Boston College for the 35th time in program history, with the latest result being a 3-2 Wildcat win on Sept. 3, 2016.
- The Wildcats head to North Andover, Mass., on Sept. 8 to take on Merrimack College for the ninth time in six seasons. Since the 2021 season, the Wildcats have owned a perfect 8-0 record over the Warriors.
- Matches against Fairleigh Dickinson University (Sept. 11), UConn (Sept. 11), and Yale (Sept. 12) make up competition at the UConn Tournament.
- The Wildcats play FDU for the seventh time in program history, last facing the Knights on Sept. 2, 2021, in a 3-1 home win.
- New Hampshire squares off against UConn for the 37th time, last meeting the Huskies on Sept. 19, 2024, in a 3-1 loss.
- UNH plays Yale for the ninth time in program history, previously playing the Bulldogs on Sept. 8, 2018, when the Wildcats earned their first win of the series.
- New Hampshire rounds out the tournament season with games against Furman University (Sept. 18) and Clemson University (Sept. 18) at the Clemson Tournament.
- September's meetings mark the first-ever matches between the Wildcats and both the Paladins and the Tigers.
- The Wildcats close out their non-conference schedule with a Sept. 23 meeting with Dartmouth in Hanover. Last time New Hampshire faced the Big Green was on Sept. 23, 2023, in a 3-1 win for the Wildcats.
- New Hampshire opens their conference schedule with a Sept. 27 home match against Binghamton. Matches with Bryant (Oct. 9), NJIT (Oct. 11), UMBC (Nov. 6), and UAlbany (Nov. 15) round out the home schedule.
- Conference games with UAlbany (Oct. 4), UMBC (Oct. 18), Binghamton (Oct. 25), NJIT (Nov. 1), and Bryant (Nov. 13) round out the away schedule.
