NEWARK N.J. – The University of New Hampshire volleyball team got the win over NJIT. The 'Cats fell behind early on as NJIT took the first set. The second set was close with the Wildcats maintaining the lead throughout the set and tying up the match 1-1. The third set was back-and-forth with NJIT fighting hard to stay in the match but ultimately falling short. Now being down a set for the first time in the match. Wildcats were dominant throughout the entire fourth and final set, never taking their foot off the gas and eventually winning the match.

The set scores were 22-25, 25-20, 25-22 and 20-25.

The Wildcat's record is now 15-8 (4-3 AE).

Senior outside hitter Hannah Serbousek (Fort Collins, Colo.) and junior outside hitter Ezgi Karabulut both had career-high kills with 26 and 14 respectively.
Freshman setter Jessica Shattles (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.) and senior setter Camryn Honn (Overland Park, Kan.) both recorded 26 assists on the night.
Senior libero/defensive specialist Mia Pagliarini (Springboro, Ohio) led the team in digs with 19.
Pagliarini also tallied 3 aces in the match.
