Crookshank posted four goals and one assist in 7-6 OT win vs. No. 20 UMass Lowell.
WAKEFIELD, Mass. – University of New Hampshire junior forward Angus Crookshank (North Vancouver, British Columbia) has been named the Hockey East Co-Player of the Week announced by the league office. He had a career-night with four goals and one assist for five points on Saturday in the 7-6 overtime win at the Whittemore Center versus No. 20 UMass Lowell. This is his fourth Hockey East weekly award of his career as he was named the Co-Player of the Week as a sophomore and Rookie of the Week twice as a freshman.
Crookshank tied the game at 1-1 in the first period and then cut the River Hawks lead to 4-3 late in the second period. He posted an assist on UNH's fourth goal, while he forced overtime by tying the contest at 11:52 of the third when he recorded his first collegiate hat-trick. Then he scored the game-winning goal to capture the 7-6 win and complete the rally as UNH trailed 6-3 in the third period.

The last time a UNH player scored four goals was when senior forward Patrick Grasso (Ankeny, Iowa) netted four as a freshman versus Merrimack on Oct. 29, 2016. The last time a Wildcat recorded five points was Kevin Goumas with three goals and two assists versus Denver on Nov. 24, 2012.

Crookshank has four career overtime goals which are second in the nation by active players. This season he leads the team with eight goals, while he also has three assists for 11 points. For his career, the Ottawa Senators draft pick has 34 goals and 22 assists for 56 points over 84 games.
