Every Wildcat hockey game will be live streamed via ViacomCBS Digital
DURHAM, N.H. – The UNH men's and women's hockey programs will be featured in a conference-most 11 NESN telecasts between Nov. 20-Jan. 1, and every Wildcats game will be live streamed for free through ViacomCBS in the expansive broadcast package announced by Hockey East and UNH to launch the 2020-21 season.
"The anticipation for the return of UNH hockey has never been greater, and we have worked with Hockey East to offer excellent, in-house productions capable of reaching a larger audience than ever," said Jon Danos, UNH Executive Director of Athletics. "With no live spectators allowed in venue, plus the NHL on pause, there is a unique opportunity to be dynamic in our broadcast approach for a product that is in high demand."
On Friday, Nov. 20, the Wildcat women's team plays host to Boston College in a 4:30 p.m. NESN broadcast from the Whittemore Center, while the UNH/BC men's game from Conte Forum follows on NESN at 7 p.m. A second TV doubleheader follows Saturday, Nov. 21, with the women meeting at Boston College (4:30 p.m., NESN) before the men face off at the Whitt (7 p.m., NESN).
Six of the 11 Wildcats' NESN telecasts will originate from the Whittemore Center where, new this season, fans have the opportunity to see themselves --in cardboard form—fill the Whitt seats as 'Cats Cutouts. In addition, Wildcat head coaches Mike Souza and Hilary Witt will be mic'd up during games to provide fans with ice-level sights and sounds.

"We may not be able to welcome fans into the Whitt, but we can do our best to bring the action through the screen in an entertaining and creative fashion," Danos added. "We will raise the level of our broadcasts by being bold and innovative."
Here is the tentative list of UNH hockey telecasts on NESN through Jan. 1. Times, dates, opponents and network are subject to change:
