Petke's 14 Kills Leads Balanced Attack in 3-2 Senior Day Win vs. UAlbany

DURHAM, N.H. – Hannah Petke (Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.) led five Wildcats in double-digit kills with 14 to propel the University of New Hampshire volleyball team to Sunday' afternoon's 3-2 victory against the University at Albany in Lundholm Gym. The set scores were 25-20, 24-26, 25-21, 22-25, 15-8.
Petke, one of five UNH seniors honored prior to the Senior Day matchup, tallied 14 kills on a .345 hitting percentage; she also had five assisted blocks to finish with 16.5 points.
UNH is now 15-7 overall and 5-2 in America East. UAlbany, which entered the match on a nine-match winning streak, is 11-10, 6-1.

- Abby Sullivan (Methuen, Mass.) and Erin Hedrick (Montvale, N.J.) both recorded 14.5 points. Sullivan finished with 11 kills (.241 hitting percentage) and seven blocks, all assisted. Hedrick tallied 12 kills (.286 hitting percentage) and five blocks, all assisted.
- Kennedi Smith (The Woodlands, Texas) had 11 kills and three assisted blocks for 12.5 points.
- Katie Jablonski (Elburn, Ill.) was credited with 10 kills and two blocks (one solo) for 11.5 points.
- Wren Macaulay (Lake Orion, Michigan) and Emma Patlovich (Lake Forest, Ill.) recorded 26 and 24 assists, respectively, to lead UNH to a .226 hitting percentage. The 26 assists marked a career high for Macaulay.
•Emily Tanski (Plymouth, Michigan) finished with a team-high 14 digs and three service aces.
•Bre Smith (Boonville, Mo.) was an imposing presence at the net with a personal-best eight blocks (one solo, seven assisted).
SENIOR DAY
•The five seniors honored pre-match were Petke, Tanski, Kennedi Smith, Jenny Weston (Canton, Mass.) and Logan Welti (Middleton, Wis.).
•Welti finished with two service aces and nine digs.
•Weston tallied one ace and two digs.
