Wildcat Football to be Broadcast on NBC Sports Boston

Five Wildcats’ Home Games to Air Across New England
DURHAM, N.H. –The 20th-ranked University of New Hampshire football team's home opener against Colgate on Saturday, Sept. 8 (6 p.m.) at Wildcat Stadium will be televised live on NBC Sports Boston to kick off a 5-game package that unites the region's most powerful FCS football team with one of its most recognizable regional networks that is available in nearly 4 million homes.
NBC Sports Boston, network home of the Boston Celtics and New England Revolution, will also televise UNH's home games against Holy Cross (Saturday, Oct. 6, 12 p.m.), Stony Brook (Saturday, Oct. 13, 3:30 p.m.), Delaware (Oct. 20, 3:30 p.m.) and Albany (Saturday, Nov. 10, 1 p.m.).

All five telecasts will be produced by UNH Wildcat Productions, the athletic department's in-house broadcast team.

The five-game NBC Sports Boston television lineup combined with the five-game CAA broadcast schedule means nine of UNH's 11 football games will be available in either a linear or streamed broadcast capacity.
UNH football has reached the NCAA Division I FCS playoffs 14 straight seasons (2004-17), which is the longest current streak in the nation. The Wildcats, led by 20th-year head coach Sean McDonnell, are ranked No. 20 in this week's STATS FCS Top 25.
Wildcat Stadium saw a 13-percent attendance increase in 2017, highlighted by the all-time largest crowd for a home opener (15,854) and largest on-campus crowd (22,135) in school history. The Wildcats averaged 12,751 fans per home game (regular season), up from the previous high of 11,108 in 2016. The overall attendance of 63,756 for five home dates eclipsed the regular-season attendance of 55,542 in 2016.
