No. 25 'Cats Rally, Fall Short vs. No. 6 JMU, 42-39

The Wildcats trailed 42-10 with 10 minutes left in the fourth period when they started their rally.
Senior quarterback Adam Riese (Hamilton, N.J.), subbing for the injured Trevor Knight (Amherst, N.H.), passed for a pair of touchdowns and ran for another in the final 10 minutes.
UNH set records for passes attempted (70) and completed (44) in the game.
Knight completed a career-high 31 passes of a career-high 49 attempts for 314 yards and a touchdown. Riese completed 13 of his 21 passes for a career-high 198 yards and two scores. UNH had 512 passing yards in the game.
UNH is now 4-3 overall and 3-1 in the Colonial Athletic Association.
James Madison improved to 6-1 and 4-0.

1st QUARTER
- Quarterback Bryan Schor hit Brandon Ravenel for a 30-yard TD pass for the only score of the first period.
- Knight completed 10 of his 12 passes for 58 yards.
2ND QUARTER
- Schor and Ravenel combined for a second score, this one for 20 yards.
- Knight teamed with senior tight end Jordan Powell (Forked River, N.J.) for a 29-yard TD pass for UNH's first score.
- Schor ran for a 5-yard score to up JMU's lead to 21-6 with 7:03 left.
- Sophomore Morgan Ellman (Scotch Plains, N.J.) kicked a 37-yard field goal with 46 seconds left in the half and it was 21-9 at the break.
3RD QUARTER
- An Ellman 21-yard field goal with 12:13 left in the period cut JMU's lead to 21-12.
- Schor threw a 54-yard touchdown pass to Terrence Alls with 10:40 left.
4TH QUARTER
- Alls caught a second TD pass from Schor with 10:04 left in the fourth quarter.
- Charles Tutt returned a fumble on the ensuing kickoff six yards for a TD and JMU's lead was at 42-12 with exactly 10 minutes to play.
- Riese relieved Knight, who was shaken up after a roughing the passer penalty, and scored on a 2-yard run with 7:01 left.
- After Schor lost a fumble, UNH drove to a TD. Riese connected with Dalton Crossan (Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) for a 19-yard score.

'CAT NIPS
- The Wildcats passed for a season-high 512 yards.
- They had 57 rushing yards for a season's best 569 yards of total offense.
- UNH ran a whopping 100 plays to JMU's 67.
- JMU had 437 yards of offense.
- Redshirt freshman receiver Malik Love (Alcoa, Tenn.) had 12 catches for a career-high 127 yards.
- Powell had nine catches for 92 yards.
- Junior safety D'Andre Drummond-Mayrie (Lawrence, Mass.) led UNH with eight tackles.
- Senior defensive back Casey DeAndrade (East Bridgewater, Mass.) had seven tackles.
- Freshman safety Pop Lacey (Reading, Pa.) had six tackles and recovered a fumble.

- Ellman made both of his field goals, from 37 and 21 yards.
- Crossan carried 13 times for 37 yards and scored two touchdowns.
