TRACK AND FIELD COACHING CLINIC SET FOR NOV. 9
DURHAM, N.H. – The University
of New Hampshire track & field programs have announced that
there are openings for the UNH Learn-By-Doing Track and Field
Coaching Clinic that will be held Nov. 9 at the Paul Sweet Oval,
which is located in the University’s Field House.
The camp, which will be held from 5-9 p.m., is open to high school/club coaches or masters athletes.
Camp instruction will include learn by doing, video analysis and classroom instruction on topics such as sprints, jumps, hurdles and throws.
Cost of the camp is $45 for pre-registration (before Nov. 2) and $55 thereafter. There is an on-site registration on Nov. 9 from 4:30-5 p.m.
The camp instructors will be UNH track & field director Jim Boulanger, UNH women’s track & field head coach Casey Carroll and UNH track & field assistant coach George Liset. Boulanger and Carroll are both USATF Level II certified while Liset is USATF Level I certified.
