INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Sophomore Katie Mann (Prince George, British Columbia) and junior Jenni Roberts (Springvale, Maine) each competed in days one and two of the NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships, held at Indiana University.
The duo will compete in the event's final day, Saturday, as well.
In the first day, both student-athletes swam in the 200 individual medley. Roberts completed the event in a time of 2:00.06 as Mann touched the wall to a time of 2:00.99. For Mann, the time was a new personal best.
In the second day, Mann blazed through the pool in the 400 IM, clocking in at 4:14.69. Overall, she finished 33rd in the event.
In the next event, the 100 fly, Roberts swam her way to a time of 53.96.
In the final day on Saturday, Roberts and Mann will compete in one more event. Roberts will swim the 200 fly as Mann will race in the 200 breaststroke.
