Women's Swimming & Diving's Katie Mann Receives CSCAA Honorable Mention, Team Also Honored

DURHAM, N.H. – University of New Hampshire swimmer Katie Mann (Prince George, British

Columbia) and the Wildcat swimming & diving program received national honors from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

Individually, Mann was tabbed a 2012 Scholar All America Team Honorable Mention after a solid performance in the classroom during her first year as a Wildcat. Mann also had an incredible season in the pool en route to being named America East Women's Rookie of the Year and garnering the Most Outstanding Swimmer Award.

The CSCAA Scholar All America Team is presented nationally to swimming and diving teams that achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The Wildcats were just one of two America East schools to garner the award after tallying a GPA of 3.17, edging conference rival Binghamton (3.15).
