DURHAM, N.H. – Junior Amy Perrault (Kirkland Lake, Ontario) and sophomore Jessica Little (Barrie, Ontario) of the University of New Hampshire swimming and diving team were both recently named Mid-Major All-America Honorable Mention honorees.

Perrault was recently named the team's Most Valuable Swimmer Award capping off an incredible season as a member of three winning and record setting relays at the America East Championships. In the 800-yard freestyle relay she helped the 'Cats finish with a time of 7 minutes and 21.11 seconds, while also leading the way in both the 200-yard medley relay (1:42.24) and the 400-yard medley relay (3:24.08).

Individually, Perrault captured three individual titles at the championships, while earning the America East Women's Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Meet award. The honor was the junior's second major award at the championships all-time, as she was also selected as the America East Rookie of the Meet at the championships in 2008.

As for Little, she placed second in both the 200- and 400-yard individual medley at the championships, touching in at 2:04.09 and 4:24.88, respectively. Little was even more impressive in the 200-yard breaststroke, claiming first place in an NCAA provisional cut time of 2:16.70.
