WOMEN’S BASKETBALL HEAD COACH SUE JOHNSON AND STAFF RESIGN
DURHAM, N.H. –  University of New Hampshire women’s basketball head coach Sue Johnson has resigned from her position with the University to pursue a position as director of athletics at Gann Academy in Waltham, Massachusetts.
    In addition to Johnson, associate head coach Gretchen Browne and assistant coaches Emily Caschera and Helen Ridley will be leaving the program by the end of June to pursue other professional opportunities.
    These changes were announced today by UNH athletics director Marty Scarano.
    A committee to hire a new women’s basketball head coach has been formed and the search will begin immediately.
