DURHAM, N.H. -- Senior forward Danielle Clark (Corinna, Maine/Nokomis Regional) became the 13th player in University of New Hampshire women’s basketball history to reach the 1,000 point plateau in a career Nov. 28 versus Providence College.
    Clark reached the milestone when she made a layup as she was fouled with 17:04 remaining in the second half.  She scored 10 points in the game and is now 12th on the UNH all-time scoring list with 1,003 points.
    Clark was coming off a season-high 21 point performance in a 72-61 victory versus Iona College on Nov. 26.
    In five games this season, Clark is averaging 14.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists for the ‘Cats while shooting 44 percent from the field.  Clark leads the team in points and rebounds per game and is second in minutes per game (30.8).
    The next game for the Wildcats (2-3) will be Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. when they travel south to play Central Connecticut State (0-5).
