WOMEN'S HOOP TO FACE NOR'EASTER STORM

DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire women's basketball team will face Nor'Easter Storm, a team made up of former collegiate players, in the team's final exhibition game Monday, November 13 at 7 p.m. at Lundholm Gymnasium.

The 'Cats are coming off a 68-55 exhibition victory over the Netherlands National Team on November 7. That game saw five Wildcats score in double figures, with Sarah Bushey (Champlain, N.Y.), Kelly Donohue (Rochester, N.H.) and Anna and Maren Matthias (Guilford, Conn.) each recording 11 points. Taylore Jarvis (Nazareth, Pa.) registered 10 points.

New Hampshire was picked fourth in the America East coaches' poll released last week, behind Delaware, Vermont and Hartford.

The Wildcats will kick off the 2000-01 regular season at home when they host Brown on Friday, November 17. Game time at Lundholm Gymnasium is 7 p.m.
