Ewan Seabrook recently completedhis fourth season with the University of New Hampshire men’ssoccer program and second as associate head coach. During histenure with the ‘Cats he has helped lead the squad to threeconsecutive America East Tournament berths, while posting a32-28-14 record.

Last season New Hampshire finished the year with a 7-9-2 record,including a pair of victories en route to winning the 22nd AnnualNike Fall Classic, their third straight title.

In 2010 the ‘Cats finished with a 9-5-6 record, recordingtheir second straight nine-win campaign, competing in the AmericaEast Tournament for the sixth time in the last eight years. NewHampshire advanced to the America East Championship game for thefirst time since 1994, becoming the first team to ever record threeshutouts in the conference tournament.

In the season prior, UNH took home America East Coaching Staff ofthe Year honors, as Seabrook helped lead the Wildcats to a 9-7-2record and a 6-0-1 mark in league play. Clinching the No. 1 seed inthe America East Tournament, the ‘Cats earned their firstregular-season title since 1994 and their first outright titleever. It was the first time since 1997 that a team completed theconference schedule without a loss and stands as UNH’s bestconference record since also compiling a 6-0-1 mark in 1994.

In addition to coaching the Wildcats, Seabrook has assisted RobThompson’s Seacoast United Under-18 team since 2008 and waspromoted to associate head coach in 2009.

Prior to his stint with New Hampshire, the 2002 Oneonta Stategraduate served as the assistant coach at Hartwick College from2004-08. During his four years at Hartwick the team compiled arecord of 39-25-13 and defeated Oneonta State, 2-0, to win theAtlantic Soccer Conference (ASC) Championship in 2005. The team,which earned its seventh NCAA appearance in 10 years, then went onto make back-to-back semifinal conference playoff appearances in2006 as part of the ASC and in 2007 with the Mid-AmericanConference.

Seabrook played college soccer at Iona College and SUNY- Collegeat Oneonta. As a player he was selected to the Metro AtlanticAthletic Conference (MAAC) all-rookie team while playing for theGaels. While playing for the Red Dragons, Seabrook was on theSUNYAC academic all-conference team and earned Commissioner’sList honors. In 2002, he graduated with honors from Oneonta Statewith a bachelors of science in Business Economics.

Prior to his position at Hartwick, Seabrook worked as the graduateassistant coach at Drury University (Mo.) from 2003-04.

Seabrook is a Lewes, England native, and holds a NSCAA (NationalSoccer Coaches Association of America) Advanced National Diplomaand recently earned his U.S. Soccer Federation "A" License. He also holds an MBA in business from UNH’s WhittemoreSchool.
