MEN'S SOCCER GARNERS NSCAA TEAM ACADEMIC AWARD

KANSAS CITY, Kansas - For the third consecutive year, the University of New Hampshire men's soccer team has received the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Team Academic Award for the 2008-09 academic year, the NSCAA announced Tuesday.
    Out of over 1600 eligible institutions, 141 teams were honored, and the Wildcats were one of just two America East men's squads to be recognized. Teams qualified for the award based on a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
    The women's soccer squad also earned the honor for the third straight year, making UNH one of just 97 institutions to have both of their soccer teams recognized.
