CAMBRIDGE, MASS.- Senior Kyle Urso (Lombard, Ill.), of the University of New Hampshire men’s soccer team, was selected to the America East All-Conference First Team, while freshman Brad Hilton (Merrimack, N.H.) was named to the All-Rookie Team.

This season, Urso started in all 17 games and leads the squad in assists with five. Additionally, he has tallied four goals, two of which were game-winners, for 13 total points. Urso, who was been selected as the America East “Man of the Match” in five of eight conference games, notched a goal in the Wildcats’ 1-1 tie against Stony Brook (Oct. 22) and earned an assist in the game against the America East regular-season champions, Boston University (Oct. 18). Urso, who was selected as the MVP at the Nike Fall Classic, received America East Player of the Week honors for his efforts against Adelphi (Aug. 29) and Rhode Island (Aug. 31), tallying two goals and an assist.

Hilton, who has seen action in all 17 games this season, made an immediate impact for the Wildcats when he recorded his first collegiate point with a game-winning assist in the season-opener versus Adelphi (Aug. 29). The freshman, who has cracked the starting lineup nine times, also tallied an assist when he connected with fellow freshman Sean Coleman (Stratham, N.H.) for the game-winner against UMass (Sept. 20).

Urso, Hilton and the rest of the Wildcats, who are seeded sixth in the America East tournament, will travel to third-seeded Binghamton on Saturday, Nov. 8. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
