WILDCAT MEN'S HOCKEY TO HOST "WHITE OUT THE WHIT" ON SUNDAY
DURHAM, N.H.-- The No. 10 ranked University of New Hampshire men's hockey team will face the University of Maine Black Bears for a single game on Sunday, December 16, 2007 for the tenth annual "White Out the Whit" at the Whittemore Center (4 p.m.)

UNH (8-4-1, 5-4-1 HE) and conference rival Maine (5-6-2 overall, 3-4-2 HE) will face off in Hockey East action on Sunday afternoon.

All Wildcat hockey fans in attendance for the Maine game are encouraged to wear white to the game and grab a pair of Thunderstix at the doors.

Prior to the game, fans can join Better Than Fred's as they debut their new Wildcat Salsa during the taste-testing in the lobby. The event begins at 2:30pm. While at the game, fans may also partake in the annual Chuck-a-Puck promotion, sponsored  by Seacoast Volkswagen.

The jersey raffle at this weekend's game with Maine will feature a game worn jersey by former UNH Wildcat All-American, Trevor Smith, and an authentic game jersey singed by the 2007-2008 Wildcats.

Sunday afternoon's game will be broadcast live by ESPNU. The game may also be viewed via the videostreaming feature, WildcatTV, available at unhwildcats.com.
