MEN'S HOCKEY ANNOUNCES FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT
    DURHAM, N.H. - The UNH Men's Hockey team will be hosting "Fan Appreciation Night" on Saturday, October 7 as the Wildcats open their 80th season of hockey with an exhibition game against St. Francis Xavier. Game time is 7 p.m. at the Whittemore Center. Fans are encouraged to wear their UNH jerseys to the game, to pose for a fan team photo at the conclusion of the game and get them signed by the team after the game.
    The night's events will include many prize giveaways throughout the game; a chance for fans to win seat upgrades and a UNH dream job for a night; a special team entrance and introduction; the national anthem performed by you, the fans; a table set up for fan song requests; a post-game photograph of all fans in the arena wearing UNH jerseys; and an autograph session with the 2006-07 Wildcat men's hockey team. Don't miss this exciting season opener to see the 'Cats for the first time in 06-07.
    Tickets are available to students with their UNH ID at the Whittemore Center Box Office on Monday and Tuesday.  Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10:00 AM on Wednesday morning (as long as tickets are available, students can pick-up tickets until game time). Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-866-WILDCAT or visiting www.unhwildcats.com or in person at the Whittemore Center Box Office.
