DURHAM, N.H. – The 10th-ranked University of New Hampshire football team concludes summer camp with the annual fall Blue-White scrimmage Tuesday, Aug. 23, beginning at 1 p.m. at Cowell Stadium. Admission is free to the public.
Senior co-captain Kevin Decker (Armonk, N.Y.) will trigger the first-team offense, joined by the likes of running back Dontra Peters (Annapolis, Md.) and veteran receivers Joey Orlando (Bethlehem, Pa.) and Mickey Mangieri (Pound Ridge, N.Y.), who will be seeing his first game action since last year's fall scrimmage.
Defensive co-captain Brian McNally (Cornwall, N.Y.) and fellow senior defensive end James Jenkins (Paterson, N.J.) lead the charge on the defensive side for the first team, followed by returning junior linebackers Matt Evans (Hanover, Mass.) and Alan Buzbee (Chester, N.J.).
Following Tuesday's intra-squad game, the Wildcats will turn their attention to the season opener at the University of Toledo on Thursday, Sept. 1, starting at 7 p.m.
