Steel beams went up to frame the Legends Club in the new Stadium this week.
Taking Shape: Join The (Stadium) Club

A giant crane carried out its duties at the front of the new Wildcat Stadium on Thursday morning, lifting steel beam after steel beam high onto the facility.
Workers up above moved the beams into place, framing the Stadium Club level that will hold the Legends Club, featuring fine food and premium views.
At the same time, on the campus end of the new stadium, a concrete pumping rig busily sent its product up onto the concourse level of the stadium. There, more workers spread the 170 cubic yards of concrete – 17 trucks full were delivered on Thursday - over the interior slab of the concourse, which will be the floor for rest rooms and the kitchen area.
More concrete will be poured next week to cover the rest of the concourse.
Mark Guether, the project manager for UNH on the stadium, checked things out on one of his once or twice daily tours of the construction.
"It's exciting to see something new that has been necessary for a long time come together," Guether said. "And it's exciting to be part of something that will be around the next 50 to 75 years."
After the steel for the Club level is completed, the project will then rise higher to the press box level and finally the roof. Steel work should last another month to six weeks, Guether said.
At the end, the stadium will be about 70 feet high to the peak of the roof, he said.
"You're going to know it's here," Guether said. "It's going to be the first thing people see when they come onto campus."

UNH has launched a marketing campaign for season tickets for 2016 in Wildcat Stadium.
Fans can reserve a priority spot on a list for tickets by putting down a $25 deposit per seat. Current season ticket holders already have a priority spot and do not need to sign up at this time.
Dates for when fans can select their seats in the new stadium will be announced later.
Reservation Stations, where fans can make their deposits and reserve a spot on the list, will be located at various locations in Cowell Stadium at all UNH home games this year.
Deposits may also be made through www.unhstadium.com or at https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/unh/EN/link/buy/quickbuy/151.

Tickets are available for the three remaining UNH home games this season.
The Wildcats play Rhode Island on Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. on Real Cats Wear Pink Day; face Richmond on Nov. 7 at 3 p.m. on Salute to Service Day; and take on Maine on Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. for Senior Day.
UNH has won its two home games in Cowell Stadium thus far this year – against Central Connecticut State and Elon – and both have been in front of sellout crowds. The new stadium construction has limited capacity some for 2015.
The Wildcats are off Oct. 10 and play at William & Mary on Oct. 17 at noon and at Delaware on Oct. 24 at 3:30 p.m.
Ticket for this year's home games are available in person at the Whittemore Center Box Office, by phone at 603-862-4000 ext. 5 or at http://www.ticketmaster.com/Unh-Football-tickets/artist/833820.
