BOSTON - The University of New Hampshire women's indoor track team set two school records while competing at the ECAC Division I Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships held this past weekend at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center. The 'Cats finished 29th out of 45 competing schools, with Seton Hall University taking top honors.




MEDFORD, Mass. - The University of New Hampshire women's indoor track team placed fifth out of 32 schools on Saturday at the New England Championships held at Tufts University on Friday and Saturday. The University of Connecticut placed first, followed by Northeastern, Wheaton, Boston College and UNH.




DURHAM, N.H. - The New Hampshire women's track team placed second in a three-team meet held Saturday at the Paul Sweet Oval. Boston College captured the meet with 133 points, followed by UNH (120) and Vermont (84).




ORONO, Maine - The University of New Hampshire women's track team placed second in a three-team meet held at the University of Maine on Saturday. Garnering 125 points, the Wildcats placed second behind the host Black Bears (134.5), with Central Connecticut (106.5) finishing third.




BOSTON - Katie Litwinowich (Holden, Mass.), Taryn Kenney (N. Attleboro, Mass.), Amy DeCamp (Londonderry, N.H.) and Kristen Meisner, all members of the University of New Hampshire women's indoor track team, teamed up Saturday at the Terrier Classic to break the UNH distance medley relay record in a time of 11 minutes, 39.29 seconds.




NEW YORK - The University of New Hampshire women's indoor track team placed third out of seven teams Sunday at the State University Centers Invitational held at the New York Armory Track and Field Center.




KINGSTON, R.I.- The University of New Hampshire women's indoor track team placed second in a four-team meet held Friday at the University of Rhode Island. The host Rams captured the meet with 183 points, with UNH a close second at 173. Central Connecticut (113) and Providence (82) rounded out the field.




ORONO, Maine - With the meet tied at 90-90, the University of New Hampshire women's indoor track team won the last two events to record a 100-96 victory against the University of Maine at the Gateway Track Club last weekend.
