Junior harrier Cathy Parker (Westford, Mass.) raced to a fourth place finish with a time of 21 minutes, eight seconds to help the University of New Hampshire women’s cross country team compiled 315 points en route to an 11th place finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional held at Van Cortland Park on Saturday afternoon.
    The Boston College Eagles notched the victory with 82 points. Iona followed closely in second place with 85 points, while Providence rounded out the top three with 97 points out of 34 teams.
    Senior captain Emily Mareb (Barrington, Mass.) was the second Wildcat to cross the line as she placed 59th overall in a time of 23:01, while fellow captain Ashley Vance (Manchester, N.H.) delivered a 75th place finish in a time of 23:24.   
    UNH is back in action on Saturday (Nov. 18) as they compete at the ICAAAA’S at Van Cortland Park. The race is set for 10:00 a.m.
