BOSTON - A total of nine University of New Hampshire student-athletes were named to an America East All-Academic Team for the conference's 10 spring sports, the conference announced Wednesday. Sophomore Catherine Parker (Westfield, Mass.) earned her second All-Academic Team selection of the 2005-06 season with her inclusion on the Women's Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Team; she was also a Women's Cross Country honoree in the fall.


The University of New Hampshire Track and Field Day Camp will be held July 30-August 3 at the Reggie F. Atkins Track and Field Facility, which was the site of the 2006 America East Championship for both men’s and women’s outdoor track.


Sophomore Robert Edgerton (Cornish, N.H.), sophomore Erik Lundquist (Londonderry, N.H.), junior Erin Moore (Nashua, N.H.) and sophomore Cathy Parker (Westfield, Mass.)represented the University of New Hampshire outdoor track programs on May 26 and 27 at the NCAA Outdoor Track East Regionals hosted by North Carolina AT&T State University in Greensboro, N.C. at the Irwin Belk Track Facility.


DURHAM - The University of New Hampshire women's track and field team set the pace on the first day of the America East Outdoor Championship at Reggie F. Atkins Track and Field Facility on Saturday, May 6.

BOSTON - Senior Erin Moore (Nashua, N.H.) of the University of New Hampshire's women's outdoor track and field team was named America East Field Performer of the Week on Tuesday afternoon.


DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire women's track team and field competed with vigor as it hosted the final Wildcat Invitational meet of the 2006 season at the Reggie F. Atkins Track and Field Facility last Saturday, April 29.




DES MOINES, Iowa - Emily Mareb (Great Barrington, Mass.), a sophomore on the University of New Hampshire women's outdoor track and field team, earned second place in the 10,000 meter run at the prestigious Drake Relays on Thursday.




DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire women's track and field team competed well at their second Wildcat Invitational this past Saturday, April 15 at the Reggie F. Atkins Track and Field Facility. The non-scoring meet included six other schools from the New England area.


BOSTON - Chia-Ling Wu (Merrimack, N.H.), a senior on the University of New Hampshire women's track and field team, was announced as America East Women's Field Performer of the Week award by the conference on Tuesday.
